Ar'Rum runs on a voluntary basis by individuals with daytime professional commitments, but nevertheless we strive to adhere to professional standards, hence attention to detail on our site, branding, through to booking procedure and the event itself insh'Allah.
In short, this venture is simply an additional route to those who share the vision of helping one another, via the friends of friends route, but ultimately Allah (swt) knows best :)
We, as single Muslims recognise there are other routes*, but this one is the unique one of using our time and knowledge to host and manage an event and the facebook group (ar'rum) to provide 2 additional forums to enhance one another's chances of meeting people they ordinarily may not, and may be that it was destined for one another's paths to cross via this informal route? Allah (swt) knows best, we are grateful as volunteers, to have been blessed with the energy, time and capability to host events to the best of our limited resources.
We thank everyone who have played their role in supporting us, as volunteers and those who have promoted to friends and family. May Allah (swt) reward those who assist in bringing people together, to complete half their deen, through marriage, sunnah in Islam.
